About Maranatha Faith Ministries International
Our History
Bishop Roopram E Parshotam entered the ministry in 1981 at SMG Singh Evangelistic Association in Williamsburg, Corentyne, Berbice. In 1993, along with his dear wife, Reena Parshotam and a few faithful brethren, pioneered Maranatha Faith Ministries International.
Our Mission
Maranatha Faith Ministries International is all about "Reaching, Teaching and Releasing: Workers! Warriors! Worshippers! for the glory of God and for the good of man.
The foundational word for this ministry is Genesis 13:14-18: And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land that thou seest, to thee will I give it and to thy seed forever.
And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered. Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee.
Our Ministries
Today the ministry has grown to the three counties in Guyana, the USA (2000) and Jamaica. Bishop Parshotam has two sons and two daughter in-laws, a daughter and a son-in-law, all of whom are pastors under the MFMI in their local area. His ten grandchildren are a great blessing to the various ministries as they are involved in worship and ministering the word of God. Pastor Reena Parshotam leads the Glory of God ministry in Bronx, New York.

Our church is dedicated to helping people strengthen their faith and develop a deeper relationship with God. We offer a variety of programs and services to support individuals and families on their spiritual journey. From Sunday worship services and youth groups to adult Bible studies and community outreach initiatives, we a We're reaching out to our brethren and friends to partner with us to complete this church building to launch in this new community in Chesney Front Housing Scheme in Guyana on October 8, 2023. Your prayers and financial gift will help. We need 40 Galvanized sheets at 60 US per sheet. We have much of the materials to complete the project. Our present needs are Galvanized sheets and the
workmanship. Workmanship ranges from $50 -$30 daily - Skilled and unskilled workers.
